We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the official Celtic FC Store. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including the completed returns form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate and print your return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
